Time to explore what's seasonal and new. Our delicious peppers are back, bringing vibrant colour and flavour to your meals. Whether you're roasting them whole, stuffing them with grains, or adding them to stir-fries, these beauties are incredibly versatile. We're also celebrating the arrival of spaghetti squash, a fantastic vegetable for anyone looking to add variety to their plate. With its unique, pasta-like strands when cooked, it's perfect for lighter dishes and pairs beautifully with simple sauces or roasted vegetables. If you're looking for something sweet, don't miss our mixed sweet peppers and crisp apples. The peppers offer natural sweetness alongside their savoury potential, while apples are ideal for snacking, baking, or adding to salads and slaws. This week is all about seasonal abundance and the opportunity to cook with what's at its peak. Whether you're planning mid-week meals or weekend cooking projects, there's plenty of inspiration to be found in what's available right now.
