Health Benefits

Watermelon: Rich in L-citrulline, which supports kidney function and promotes healthy blood vessel dilation. This helps improve blood pressure, enhance circulation, and support cardiovascular health. Watermelon is also high in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from damage, and contains vitamins A and C for immune support and skin health.

Honey: A natural source of antioxidants and enzymes that support digestive health. Honey has antimicrobial properties, soothes the throat, and provides sustained energy without refined sugars. It also contains trace minerals including magnesium and potassium.

Lime: Packed with vitamin C to boost immunity and collagen production. Lime aids digestion, supports liver function, and contains flavonoids with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The citric acid in lime helps your body absorb iron more effectively.
