Ingredients

  • 100g jumbo oats
  • 400ml milk or plant based alternative (i use  300ml milk and 100ml filtered water)
  • Grated zest + juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp cacao/carob powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • Handful toasted hazelnuts (about 50g), roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seed (optional)

Method

Mix all together in a bowl and leave in fridge overnight. Eat cold or heat gently to warm up adding more milk as necessary.  It can be put in a jar to take out with you if you're running late!
