Squash - Delicata

Delicata squash is a small, oblong winter squash with tender, edible skin and a subtle, sweet flavour reminiscent of butternut and corn. When roasted or baked, it develops a creamy, nutty taste that's more delicate than larger squash varieties.

This organic squash works beautifully in both simple and complex dishes. Slice and roast with olive oil and herbs for a nutritious side, or halve and bake with grains, spices, and roasted vegetables for a wholesome main. It pairs exceptionally well with garlic, thyme, sage, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
