Clearspring Organic Instant Noodle Broth, or Tsuyu, is a rich and versatile stock that brings the deep, savoury goodness of shiitake mushrooms and kombu together in one concentrated blend. Our own organic soya sauce and a touch of mirin create a deliciously balanced flavour with a perfect mix of savoury umami and a hint of sweetness. The only organic Tsuyu available in the UK, Europe, and possibly the world, this concentrated broth is easy to use – simply add four parts water to one part Tsuyu.
