30g A colourful mix of radish microgreens with a crisp texture and lively peppery flavour.

Fantastic in salads, sandwiches, tacos, eggs and savoury dishes where you want a little fresh heat.

Radish microgreens contain vitamin C, carotenoids, polyphenols and glucosinolates. Coloured varieties can also provide anthocyanins. Research has found radish microgreens to have a particularly rich range of antioxidant plant compounds and glucosinolates.
