20g Young coriander with all the familiar fresh citrus-herbal flavour of mature coriander, but in a delicate microherb form.

Excellent with curries, Mexican dishes, Asian cooking, salads, fish and rice dishes.

Coriander microgreens contain carotenoids, vitamin C and a broad range of naturally occurring plant compounds. Research comparing microgreens found coriander particularly notable for its carotenoid content.
