Ideal for salads, eggs, sandwiches, soups, bowls and as a finishing garnish.

Broccoli microgreens contain vitamin C, carotenoids, phenolic compounds and naturally occurring glucosinolates. Of particular interest is glucoraphanin, which the body can convert into sulforaphane. Research has confirmed that fresh broccoli microgreens can be a significant source of sulforaphane-related compounds.
