Our freshly made to order classic Margherita showcases our signature slow-fermented, stone-baked pizza base topped with a rich and vibrant tomato sauce made from organic tomatoes. It is beautifully balanced with Fior Di Latte Mozzarella from a family run dairy in Somerset, a generous grating of Pecorino, and finished with whole leaves of fragrant fresh basil.

Our signature dough bases are hand-crafted using premium, Organic strong white bread flour, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soil Association-approved salt and Organic Yeast.
