350g Vilgain Organic Korean Pickled Vegetable is a traditional fermented blend of hand-chopped Chinese cabbage, carrots, white radish, onion, garlic, ginger and chili—all certified organic. Mixed with soy, sugar and spices, each batch ferments naturally at room temperature for days to weeks, developing authentic depth and flavour.

Free from preservatives and artificial colours, this kimchi is gently pasteurised for extended shelf life. Store at room temperature or in the fridge (0–20°C) as you prefer. Ready to add vibrant, probiotic-rich taste to your meals.
