Cheese - Sussex Velvet

150g Organic Sussex Velvet Cheese.

Sussex Velvet Organic is a semi-soft continental style cheese based on the popular St Giles cheese.

Made by hand using organic cow milk it is carefully matured for around 16 weeks in High Weald's  cheese store. They then allow Sussex Velvet to gradually develop its attractive natural mottled grey rind and its dense, yet smooth velvety texture and full herbaceous flavour deepens.

Sussex Velvet Organic won a Bronze at the British Cheese Awards in 2022.
