The Winchester hub didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a group of people in Hampshire who wanted access to real, organic food - and decided to do something about it.
When members of the Organity community in Winchester got in touch and said they wanted the same quality of food that South Bucks members were enjoying, we worked with them to make it happen. They committed. We delivered. And the Winchester hub was born.
That's the Organity model in its truest form: community demand creating community supply.
What You Can Order
Winchester hub members have access to the full Organity range:
• Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables - sourced from certified organic farms
• Pasture-raised and ethically produced meat from our trusted butchery suppliers
• Organic dairy: milk, butter, cheese, eggs
• Freshly baked sourdough and artisan breads
• A growing pantry range: store cupboard staples, condiments, household products, and more
Everything on the site is organic unless the product title explicitly says 'non-organic'. If you don't see that label, you can assume it's organic.
The Weekly Ordering Cycle
The Winchester hub runs on the same weekly cycle as the rest of Organity:
• The shop opens every Wednesday - browse and order any time during the week
• Fresh items (fruit, veg, salad, meat, dairy, bread) must be ordered by Tuesday 10:00 PM
• Pantry and store cupboard items can be added at any point in the week
• New meat lines are added Thursday afternoons; pantry items updated Friday afternoons
• Orders are packed on Wednesday and dispatched for collection
Collection Day & Experience
Collection takes place every Wednesday. Your order is packed by hand at our Chalfont St Giles hub and transported to the Winchester collection point for you to pick up.
Collection isn't just a handover - it's one of the things members consistently tell us they look forward to. You'll meet other Winchester members who share the same values around food, community, and real nourishment. It's a brief but genuinely warm part of the week.

For anyone outside South Bucks who wonders whether Organity can reach them - Winchester is your answer. A committed group of people wanted better food. They reached out. We worked together to establish a regular collection run. Now they have weekly access to the same organic range as our founding community.
