The Stanstead Abbotts hub didn't start with Organity. It started with a community.
A group of people in Stanstead Abbotts were already meeting regularly - sharing values, building relationships, and thinking carefully about how they lived. Food was a natural part of that conversation. They wanted access to genuinely nutritious, chemical-free food. They wanted to reduce their reliance on supermarkets. And they wanted to do it together, as a community, rather than as isolated individual shoppers.
When they found Organity, the fit was immediate. They organised a hub for their community, we built the weekly delivery run to Hertfordshire, and now their members collect fresh organic food every week - sharing the delivery cost, reducing their individual spend, and strengthening the community ties they already had.

What You Can Order
Stanstead Abbotts hub members have access to the full Organity range:
• Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from certified organic farms
• Pasture-raised and ethically produced meat from our trusted butchery suppliers
• Organic dairy: milk, butter, cheese, and eggs
• Freshly baked sourdough and artisan breads
• A growing pantry range: store cupboard staples, condiments, household products, and more
Everything on the Organity site is organic unless the product title explicitly says 'non-organic'. If you don't see that label, you can assume it's organic. No guesswork. No fine print.
The Weekly Ordering Cycle
The Stanstead Abbotts hub runs on the standard Organity weekly rhythm:
• The shop opens fresh every Wednesday - browse and order any time during the week
• Fresh items (fruit, veg, salad, meat, dairy, bread) must be ordered by Tuesday 10:00 PM
• Pantry and store cupboard items can be added at any point - even on a Tuesday
• New meat lines are added every Thursday afternoon
• Additional pantry items are uploaded every Friday afternoon
• Orders are packed by hand on Wednesday and dispatched for collection
You can place more than one order in the same week - all orders on your account are combined into a single box. If your first order qualifies for free delivery, select 'Collect at Hub' on any follow-up orders that week.
Collection in Stanstead Abbotts
Your box is packed at our Chalfont St Giles hub every Wednesday and transported to the Stanstead Abbotts collection point. Because the community collects together, delivery costs are shared across all hub members - making organic food more accessible than ordering as an individual.
Collection is every Thursday. The hub location is a community space, which means picking up your box is also a chance to connect with the people you're already part of a community with - over real food.

The Shared Cost Advantage
