The West Midlands is one of the most underserved areas in the UK when it comes to genuinely organic, chemical-free food delivery and collection. Most organic box services simply don't reach here - or if they do, they arrive with compromises: fixed boxes, seed oils slipped into the pantry range, or produce that's been sitting in a warehouse for a week.
Organity is different. And the Cradley Heath hub is proof.
A group of people in the West Midlands found Organity, saw what was being built in South Bucks, and asked a simple question: can we have this too? The answer was yes. They committed to the model, we built the collection run, and the Cradley Heath hub opened.

What You Can Order
Cradley Heath hub members have access to the full Organity range - the same produce available to our South Bucks home delivery customers:
• Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from certified organic farms
• Pasture-raised meat from our trusted butchery suppliers
• Organic dairy: milk, butter, cheese, eggs
• Freshly baked sourdough and artisan breads
• Store cupboard, pantry, and household products - all vetted for seed oils, additives, and non-organic ingredients
If a product on our site isn't organic, it will say 'non-organic' in the title. Everything else is organic. No guesswork required.
The Weekly Ordering Cycle
Everything runs on the same Organity weekly rhythm:
• Shop opens Wednesday - order any time during the week
• Tuesday 10:00 PM is the cut-off for all fresh items (fruit, veg, salad, meat, dairy, bread)
• Pantry items can be ordered at any point - even on a Tuesday
• Meat is replenished Thursday afternoons; pantry items updated Friday afternoons
• Boxes are packed every Wednesday and dispatched for collection
Collection in Cradley Heath
Your order is packed by hand at our Chalfont St Giles hub and brought to the Cradley Heath collection point every Thursday. Collection is a weekly ritual for West Midlands members - a chance to pick up your box, meet other members, and be part of something bigger than a supermarket transaction.
