200g Bright, smooth, and quietly complex — Peru is a specialty grade organic coffee with notes of raspberry, hazelnut, and chocolate. Roasted to a medium profile, it delivers perfect balance in every cup, with enough sweetness to enjoy black and enough body to shine with milk.

This single origin comes from Las Damas de San Ignacio women's committee within the COOPAFSI cooperative. Their work empowers women and strengthens communities across Peru's coffee-growing regions.

Every bean is grown at high altitude, hand-picked at peak ripeness, and processed with precision for consistency and flavour. It's no wonder Peru won Best Organic Coffee at the UK BOOM Awards in 2023.
