1kg Ancient Magnesium Flakes Ultra combine ultra-pure magnesium chloride with OptiMSM® to produce flakes suitable for use in a bath or footbath. Magnesium flakes are often used to support detoxification, relaxation and sleep and are ideal to use in the evenings before bed.Directions;For a foot bath: Add 150-200g (3-4 cups) flakes in warm (not hot) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired. For a bath soak: Add 250-300g (4-6 cups) flakes in warm bath and relax for minimum 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week. 100g flakes contains 10.75g magnesium and 8.5g OptiMSM®.
