From pod to pot to plate in minutes, these super-sweet organic garden peas are just the ticket for perking up grey days. Pop them from their pods (quite a meditative task if you're in the right mood) and enjoy them in all sorts of risottos and pasta dishes, or briefly boil as a simple side of greens. They're sweet enough that we even like to eat them raw, straight from the pods!
