It is a delicate fusion of exotic spices and herbs like star anise, nutmeg, galangal, lemongrass and bay leaf. Mildly spicy and subtly sweet, it lends itself to generous helpings served over steaming jasmine rice, garnished with crushed peanuts and sliced red chilli.
