  • 500g organity fatty mince beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2/3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 large teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 pouch beef bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chilli with seeds
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 can tinned chopped tomatoes or a handful of fresh chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of kidney beans drained or black beans
  • Basmati rice with a pinch of salt and a nob of butter
  • Fresh cut coriander and grated cheese for serving
