A Little July Update from Organity

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all enjoying the summer.

It's been a quieter month here at Organity, and if you know me, you'll know that a quiet month always gets me thinking (and yes, worrying a little!). I spend a lot of time wondering how we can make the shop even better, making sure we have enough stock, discovering exciting new products, and continuing to offer wonderful alternatives to the supermarkets.

Everything we stock has been chosen with care. We proudly support the right makers, growers, and producers, predominantly family-run businesses that share our values of quality, sustainability, and community.

Now for some exciting updates...

Thanks to your incredible generosity and donations, our shop has taken another big step forward. We had originally been saving for a freezer, but it quickly became clear that a fridge at the front of the shop was a more immediate priority. So yes, we now have a new fridge!

And here's the best part... thanks to the kindness of our wonderful farmer, we also have a freezer. It truly is amazing what can happen when a community comes together, and we are so grateful to every single one of you who has supported us along the way.

You may also have noticed our new shelving, which is helping the shop look more organised and welcoming. Next on the list are a new floor and our coffee machine, and with each little improvement, it really feels as though everything is coming together.

I honestly can't wait to invite all of our lovely Organity members to celebrate the shop's official grand opening. I'm hoping we're around two months away from those final finishing touches, and it will be such a special moment to share with you all.

The shop is becoming so much more than just a place to collect your groceries. It's growing into a community space where we'll host talks, workshops, and perhaps most exciting of all, pizza nights! and pizza on our shop to purchase !

A huge thank you to Jo and Faye, who are helping bring this idea to life. Very soon we'll be serving handmade organic pizzas, made with love and free from unnecessary chemicals. Delicious, wholesome food, shared with good company, what more could we ask for?
